Step Across the Faith Line by Kenneth Copeland No matter what’s going on in the world—whether the economy is up or down, whether things look sunny or stormy on the national horizon—here’s a fact you and I, as believers, can always depend on: God has a plan for our lives. It’s a plan that is far more fabulous than we can imagine. A plan that’s filled with God’s BLESSING and backed by His power. It’s a plan that can’t be thwarted by the devil or by circumstances in this fallen world because it was created before they ever existed. It was formed in the heart and mind of our heavenly Father “before the foundation of the world” (Ephesians 1:4). Talk about planning ahead! God didn’t wait for us to show up on planet Earth to figure out what to do with us. He looked down through the ages, before time began, chose us “in him…that we should be holy and without blame before him in love” (verse 4) and planned for us accordingly. It’s no wonder God’s plans for us are so good! When He made them, He didn’t see us as sinners; all fouled up, messed up and bummed out. He saw us in Him—holy and without blame, born again in His exact likeness, identical twins to Jesus Christ of Nazareth. He sees us the same way today. That’s why the devil can’t alter His divine plan for us, or change the way God sees us! As the Alpha and the Omega, God sees us before the foundation of the world and after the Resurrection. He sees us in Him—in the beginning and the end! “Yeah, but I’m in the middle somewhere, Brother Copeland, and things aren’t looking very good for me right now. I’ve goofed things up, gotten off track and I can’t find my way back.” *****continues on page 6***** 4 : BVOV
