speaking truth and showing love even when it's hard. You stand strong in Jesus and share His love freely. Christ In You: Jesus is the power owing in and through you. His love is your love. His armor is your armor. You are infused with everything He is, so the world can taste His goodness through you! Paul ends Ephesians with this blessing in Chapter 6:23–24: "So may God shower his peace upon you, my beloved friends. And may the blessings of faith and love ll your hearts from God the Father and from our Lord Jesus Christ. Abundant grace will be with you all as each of you love our Lord Jesus." That's my prayer for you, too, Superkid. Stay infused with His strength, peace and love this year. When you eat from that box of Valentine candy, and you say, "That tastes so good!" let it remind you of who is inside you, and just how good He is. The grand nale of our Ephesians adventure! Paul saved the best for last, and so did we. Ephesians 6:10, The Passion Translation, says, "Now my beloved ones, I have saved these most important truths for last: Be supernaturally infused with strength through your life-union with the Lord Jesus. Stand victorious with the force of His explosive power owing in and through you." What a word to start this new year with! God isn't just TELLING you to be strong, He is SPEAKING HIS strength to ow through you. To be infused means something goes inside and becomes part of what's already there. Like a piece of candy that's lled with something delicious—like caramel or strawberry—when you bite into it, you discover what's inside. That's how Jesus lls your life! His strength, love and power are infused into your heart by the Holy Spirit. Romans 5:5 says, "And this hope is not a disappointing fantasy, because we can now experience the endless love of God cascading into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who lives in us!." That means His love is now your avor! When others "taste" your life through your words, your kindness or your forgiveness, they should taste Jesus! Paul reminds us in Ephesians 6 that this kind of infused life is strong, brave and ready for anything. He tells us to put on God's armor: truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation and the Word of God. Each piece is powered by the strength of Jesus living in you. You don't wear this armor to ght people; you wear it to stand rm in His love and truth—to stand against the enemy. Think about it: Truth holds you steady like a strong belt. Righteousness protects your heart like armor. Peace walks with you like protective shoes. speaking truth and showing love even when it's hard. You stand strong in Jesus and share His love freely. Salvation protects your mind from believing Satan's lies. God's Word is your sword; it speaks truth and wins every battle. When you remember who you are in Christ and who He is in you, you realize you are not alone, weak or powerless. Jesus has infused His strength into you. You are part of His victorious Body, shining light in a dark world. We've learned so much on this Ephesians journey about how Jesus lls us with love, light, wisdom and power. It all comes down to this: Jesus lives in you so He can live through you! That's what it means to be "infused." He is part of every word you speak, every choice you make, every act of kindness you show. This Valentine's season, think about the candy hearts and chocolates you see that are lled with caramel, mint, coconut or other avors. You can't always tell what's inside until you take a bite. When people experience you, Superkid, what will they nd inside? Sweetness? Love? Patience? The truth is, whatever lls you will ow out of you. So, let Jesus ll your heart to the brim until His love is what comes out rst. That's the secret of being infused with love. As the psalmist said, "Taste and see that the LORD is good" (Psalm 34:8, King James Version)! Christlike Character: Jesus is full of love, truth and power—and He shares that strength with us!
