Nonetheless, I definitely “got” something specifically for me. I have been hearing, “You will only become effective when you realize you are in this world, not of it.” I had been trying to make decisions by the world’s standards, but it wasn’t working and certainly wasn’t what I wanted. I know I have a call on my life, and while my husband is very supportive and encouraging, others don’t understand. I have had to get to the place that I don’t care what other people think anymore. Every Wednesday I drive an hour to attend an awesome Spirit-filled church, because that’s where my heart is. I took a leap of faith and started Bible college on very little income. I didn’t think I’d be able to continue, BUT God has graciously opened doors for me to continue on! When I think about these things, my heart leaps! So, I thank you for helping me realize that I really do know the voice of the Good Shepherd, and I am determined to follow Him!
