On the Road, Touching Lives
by Melanie Hemry
The Harley-Davidson® motorcycle roared as Mylon and Christi Le Fevre ascended a precipice before coming to a stop. Down below, the sun glistened on turquoise-colored water that lapped the shore. Birds swept down over the waves in graceful descent, hoping to retrieve some fish.
It was bike rides like this, more than anything else, that relaxed Mylon. He and Christi enjoyed two-lane roads, far away from buzzing traffic and busy crowds of people. God’s creation sparked such peace in him that Mylon often felt like bursting into song.
Music had played a major role in his life for as long as he could remember.
